WMF Professional is presenting EVO, a new cutlery collection at Internorga in Hamburg – a collection purpose-built to meet the high demands of professional gastronomy. As a true all-rounder, it is robust for daily use, an economical purchase and fits seamlessly into existing systems. EVO is also available in large quantities at short notice and comes into its own wherever lots of guests come together and processes must function smoothly – such as in company catering, event catering or in modern casual dining concepts.
“The development of EVO is clearly aligned with the structures and requirements of today´s professional catering structures,” explains Saskia Dharsono, product management at proHeq. “In commercial kitchens, company restaurants and event catering, cutlery must withstand long-term heavy use, support efficient logistic workflows and at the same time enable predictable, reliable replenishment. EVO has therefore been specifically designed as an efficient, universal cutlery solution that meets these demands in full.”
The design is deliberately neutral and blends harmoniously into existing cutlery ranges, making it easier to replace individual pieces across different systems. For operators, this creates a high degree of flexibility when reordering, as well as the option to gradually replenish or renew stock without compromising the visual consistency of their cutlery equipment. Another central aspect is the material differentiation. EVO is available in 18/10 and 18/0 stainless steel and thus covers different usage profiles. 18/0, for example, is tailored to operations with automated dishwashing systems. Its magnetic properties ensure reliable cutlery separation within dishwashing lines and support efficient return and sorting processes at high throughput volumes.
