To mark the upcoming St Patrick’s Day, Waterford has partnered with five-time World Champion dancers the Gardiner Brothers to present a performance at Ireland’s historic Lismore Castle, showcasing the finest Irish crystal alongside two of the world’s pioneers of Irish dance.
In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, the collaboration showcases a selection of Waterford’s most iconic pieces. The Lismore Double Old Fashioned Glasses, inspired by the castle’s Gothic architecture, offer a perfect vessel for raising a toast to Irish heritage. The Irish Lace Mastercraft collection, handcrafted in Ireland by master artisans, pays homage to the country’s intricate lacework traditions. Finally, the Firework Tumblers and Shot Glasses in green add a bold, vibrant energy to any gathering, reflecting the joy and spirit of St. Patrick’s Day.

For Michael and Matthew Gardiner, this collaboration represents a deeply personal homecoming and celebration of identity. Raised as Irish Americans with deep roots in Ireland’s west coast, the brothers grew up with Waterford as a presence in their family’s most cherished moments. The performance’s historic setting, Lismore Castle, holds a unique place in Waterford’s aesthetic DNA—serving as the inspiration behind the Lismore pattern, one of the brand’s most renowned designs. This tribute to Irish artistry is heightened by a modern reimagining of Beethoven’s “Für Elise,” a composition that, much like the brand itself, has endured for generations. The track evolves from classical to contemporary, symbolising Waterford’s journey from its founding in 1783 to its place as a modern luxury icon.
With this campaign, Waterford honours the dynamic evolution of Ireland’s profound cultural impact—uplifting art forms rooted in tradition, continually reimagined for the present.
