Born in Thiers, the French capital of cutlery with six centuries of history, La Maison Claude Dozorme has established itself as a master in the manufacture of table knives. About thirty years ago, when the Thiers model was born, it quickly became one of the brand’s most popular models.

Le Thiers® Classique is the first expression of this collection, dedicated to everyday life. Olive wood, juniper, ebony or coloured methacrylate, pearly or not, matte, shiny… the palette is wide to help you set a modern table The vast majority of these models are accompanied with forks, soup spoons and teaspoons for coffee or dessert.
A very pretty variation of the Thiers® Classique, the Le Thiers® Double Platine dresses its handle in a magnificent birch wood with blue, red or black coloured plates that magnificently highlight the blade that runs up to the end of the handle.
Claude Dozorme was inspired by the 1930s to create the Le Thiers® Art Deco, a model with a very strong design with its massive bolster which gives it a real presence on your table but also in the hand with a perfect weight.
This model is made of juniper, ebony, ivory and black methacrylate, with shiny or matte blades for a more modern touch to your table.
Still inspired by the 1930s, the master cutler has dressed the Thiers in the most beautiful way, with one of the noblest materials, leather. And what leather! As Mr Galuchat did in cabinetmaking, the use of fish leather gives this Le Thiers® Galuchat model an incomparable elegance.
Always at the avant-garde, the Master Cutler has adapted the shape of his legendary Liner-lock pocket knife, the Thiers®, to the table to create the Le Thiers® Liner de Table. Minimalist, light, very pleasant in the hand, it offers a distinctive and very refined design with all the codes of Maison Claude Dozorme. It is available in white or orange Krion but also in olive wood and shiny black methacrylate.
The collaboration with famed designer Thomas Bastide gave birth to three models : the Thiers, the Shadow, the Ame and its variation the Ame Luxe. Born from this beautiful meeting between La Maison Claude Dozorme and Thomas Bastide, the Le Thiers® Shadow offers a strong and original design. Asymmetrical handle, two-tone or not, inclined for a blade that does not touch the table, very comfortable grip, make this knife an exclusive and astonishing model You have the choice between ivory, black or red.
