Lenox Corporation has acquired the flatware and cutlery company Hampton Forge. The announcement was made yesterday in a deal covering Hampton Forge’s entire portfolio, including the namesake brand, as well as Hampton Forge Signature, Tomodachi by Hampton Forge, Skandia, and Argent Orfèvres.
