Imagined by the renowned French designer Olivier Gagnère specifically for the reopening of Jean-Yves Schillinger two Michelin starred JY’s in a new venue in October of this year, the table knife is a thing of beauty.
The handle is crafted in black or white acrylic with exceptional sharpness, typical of Forge de Laguiole, which magnifies the pleasures of a good meal.
