Fine2Dine’s White Dusk collection played a starring role at a recent gathering which featured 18 Michelin star chefs, who between them hold 36 stars.

The recent event, held on 26 May, saw the culinary world gather at the iconic Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky for the 10 Years Festival – The White Room Amsterdam. Eighteen of the world’s most celebrated chefs — together holding 36 Michelin stars across eight countries — joined forces for an unforgettable evening of signature dishes, creativity, and collaboration.

Each dish was presented on White Dusk, Fine2Dine’s Asian-inspired, soft matte white porcelain collection. Minimalist in design, yet rich in presence, White Dusk proved the perfect stage for vibrant summer plates and high-concept flavours.

From Heinz Beck (three stars) to Tanja Grandits (two stars ), Benoît Carcenat (two stars) and Peter Hagen (two stars), the lineup read like a who’s who of the global fine dining scene. Together, they plated over 7,000 dishes in a unique market-style setting that included live cooking, showpieces like a 180kg tuna carving, and an electrifying festival ambiance.
From foie gras with papaya and tom kha to duck liver with lobster foam and Thai vinaigrette — every creation was a visual and sensory feast, elevated by the simplicity and purity of White Dusk.
