Fine2Dine has collaborated with authentic South African Braai venue ROOI, the signature restaurant of One&Only Cape Town, where open-flame cooking and fine dining merge into an extraordinary experience. ROOI, the main dining destination at One&Only Cape Town, redefines the traditional South African Braai under the guidance of chef Terrence Ford. With a focus on open-fire cooking, local terroir and bold smoky flavours, the menu pays homage to heritage while pushing creative boundaries. The dishes are presented on carefully selected Fine2Dine collections – Curvo Forest, Aurora Green and Kolon.
“Braai is more than a cooking method… It’s about charred flavours, local Rooikrans wood with rich aromas, and cooking with natural elements. Braai connects us to heritage,” says chef Terrence Ford.
“At ROOI, tableware isn’t just a plate — it’s a part of the story,” adds chef Ford. The earthy tones and textures of the Curvo, Aurora, and Kolon collections highlight the vibrant colours of flame-grilled ingredients while meeting the highest standards of functionality, hygiene and durability in service.
