With Homi about to open its doors from 11-14 March at fieramilano, we take a look at some of the versatile collections from exhibitors.

Organisers tell us an array of new and exciting products from numerous Italian and international brands will be on display, with highly varied collections, some more multi-purpose, some more whimsical, all set apart by their artisanship.

Taitù Milano

With its Dieta Mediterranea collection, TAITÙ Milano styles its porcelain tableware with iconic decorations inspired by the typical vegetables of a Mediterranean diet, while Blueside Emotional Design focuses on home living and dining with glass furnishings such as vases, decanters, and many more. Rebirth Ceramics is presenting Made-in-Italy furnishings with classic shapes revisited with a creative, contemporary twist, while solid wood and marble are the materials that characterise the latest lines of handcrafted home accessories by Euphoric, made in the name of sustainability.

Casafina by Costa Nova

The Casafina by Costa Nova tableware collections crafted by Portuguese artisans combine a mix of vitamin-like colours for that ‘wow’ effect and among the latest from Livellara is a line of glasses and tumblers with baroque decorations.

Livellara

Ethan Chloe has created a Home & Living range in which multiple mindsets and cultures coexist as a result of travelling to discover the world, where each piece has its own soul for experiencing and sharing, not to mention plenty of designer decorative objects by Garpe and Thun to name but a few.

Plus there’s Tooa, creator of the eponymous homemade ice-cream machine and Zafferano (pictured above) which, among their now famous Lamps-à-porter presents a new collection of the iconic Poldina, while in tableware it presents small, colourful ceramic beakers made by hand with a distinctive, pleasingly unusual, perfect for mixing and matching in their assorted colours, contrasts and patterns.

Palais Royal

On top of all that there are new products from Lamart and its high-profile brands such as Riedel, Nachtmann, Royal Copenhagen, Fitz And Floyd and Palais Royal. Of the latter, the Portofino collection in fine porcelain captures the distinctive features of the magnificent place it is named after, with objects for all moments shared together including cake tins, trays for desserts, tea and coffee cups, and mugs.

Though new outlooks in home living and décor are not just framed by the vast array of new and exciting products, but also by encounters and conversations that will bring the event to life. HOMI has organised a series of sessions – in partnership with various entrepreneurial and institutional enterprises – that will provide additional opportunities for encounters and exchanges, beneficial to visitors and their diverse needs.
