Turn to pages 18/19 to hear from our cover star’s Luzerne who adhere to strict guidelines including a 5R Framework which they tell us about.
We also learn more about Stölzle Lausitz which has partnered with Stadtwerke Weißwasser (a company local to them) in a move which sees industrial waste heat become a new source of climate-friendly district heating. Visit page 12 to learn more about the project.
Another interesting project comes from Narumi who have successfully started to use eggshells in their production. Turn to page 20 to learn more about how they implemented the change and learn why eggshells are so suited to tableware production.
Costa Nova tells us about their investment into eco-friendly production on page 34 while other brands such as Denby (page 28) and the Bornego Group (page 38) are all hugely clued in and knowledgeable. We also hear from Mexican brand Anfora who have implemented their own sustainability practices with little to no government guidance. Read about their efforts on page 11. All this and lots more!
