Licensed collection includes a drinking bottle, a to-go cup and a vacuum jug
Rig-Tig has partnered with Moomin on an inaugural collection, which launched this June.
The world-famous Moomins, created by writer and artist Tove Jansson, now adorn an assortment which includes a drinking bottle and to-go cup, followed by the September launch of a vacuum jug.
“The playful universe and the values of the Moomins fit really well with the Rig-Tig brand, so it was an obvious choice,†says Michael Ring, CEO. “The Moomins have a wide appeal to both young and old, and with new books being published and new animated movies coming out, it is an exciting time to enter into this collaboration.â€

The Hottie vacuum jug – which will be intraduced to retail in September – is an entirely new product to the brand’s line-up.
For Ulrik Nordentoft, the designer behind the Moomin HOTTIE vacuum jug, the goal was to create the optimal everyday jug in a modern interpretation of old school functional design. The philosophy behind the design is simple lines, with emphasis on a natural, uncomplicated transition from jug to spout.
The three products, available in different colours, feature characters such as Moomintroll, Moominpappa, Moominmamma, Little My, Mymble, Snorkmaiden and Snufkin as well as Sniff, Fillyfjonk, Thingummy and Bob.
