Tableware International June July 2020

Noritake take the cover for June/July issue

The latest issue of Tableware International is online now. Featuring news, views, trends and more, the June/July 2020 magazine is brimming with things to know.

Noritake Australia tell us about a tableware renaissance in the Antipodes, along with giving us a flavour of some exciting new launches from them. Meanwhile, our trend expert Donna Ferrari – who always has her finger on the pulse – looks at pieces which have been inspired by land, sea and sky.

Likewise, another man with his finger on the pulse is Ambiente’s director of dining Thomas Kastl who speaks to us about the future of HoReCa’s Hall 6 – hint, it is bright! The majority of 2020 exhibitors have already signed on for 2021, he tells us.

Speaking of HoReCa, as restaurants, cafes and hotels open their doors, we bring you some recent releases to keep tables looking fresh. And Valda Goodfellow of G&G Goodfellows is as forward-thinking, practical and positive as ever in her column.

Stepping away from HoReCa, we look at colour trends such as ‘Terracotta’ and the serene ‘Blues/Greens and Greys’ which are permanently in vogue.  And speaking of blues, Porcel’s gorgeous Adamastor is the focus of our Collection Dissection as we catch up with designer Filipa Ricardo who gives us insight into the inspiration behind the design.

All this and much more…
