Accent Décor has announced the appointment of two new leaders to its growing organization. Jason Neal joins as vice president of sales and Melissa Burke assumes the role of merchant director.
Jason Neal brings over 20 years of experience in the home furnishings sector, including extensive experience leading large sales teams for companies such as Klaussner Furniture for 18 years and, most recently, Hillsdale Furniture. Jason’s extensive leadership background, and his skillset for customer relationship management and strategic selling techniques, will be instrumental in Accent Decor’s continued growth.
Melissa Burke joins Accent Decor with 13 years of experience at Spanx, where she led sales and merchandising efforts, driving the growth of the shapewear category through innovative assortment planning and product development. Melissa’s ability to leverage data and insights to create assortments that delight consumers will lead to essential improvements and impact to Accent Decor’s product assortment.
