Villeroy & Boch will expand its management board as of January 1, 2023. Esther Jehle takes over the newly created board function HR/organizational development and is appointed chief HR officer while Dr Peter Domma takes over the newly created management board responsibility for digitalization/IT.

Villeroy & Boch says it intends to make even greater use of the dynamic changes in the world of work and digitization as an opportunity for sustainable, profitable growth. They will represent two newly created functions of great importance for the future success of the company.

Esther Jehle

Esther Jehle will be responsible for the new HR/organizational development function on the management board as chief human resources officer (CHRO). She will continue in her previous role as global head of HR.

At the same time, Dr. Peter Domma will be appointed to the management board as chief digital officer (CDO). He is responsible for the newly created digitalization/IT function. The new function will combine the digital unit, currently headed by Peter Domma, and corporate IT under one roof.

Peter Domma
