Amphora from Stelton is this year’s winner of the Tableware International Award of Excellence in the Coffee & Teaware category.
The collection comes in three colourways – soft white, soft black and soft peach. The two thermo jugs are named after ancient Greek earthenware pots which were used to store and transport oil and wine.
Danish designer Sebastian Holmbäck drew inspiration from the amphora’s round body and distinctive shoulders to create a design that is steeped in history but with modern appeal.
The jugs, for coffee and tea, are made with plastic and feature a glass insert which can be replaced.
