Premium candle specialists, Bolsius Professional, has unveiled national research revealing that 91 per cent of UK consumers consider ambiance important when choosing which hospitality venues to visit*.  Added to this, 81 per cent agreed that ambiance is important to their decision to stay out longer, or to return to an establishment.

Research found that the majority of UK diners expect a candle on their table (77 per cent) with guide going on to reveal which styles are most popular. Hospitality professionals can also learn how to select candles that add extra drama, romance or warmth to indoor and outdoor areas.
