The brand tells us the master painters at Heinen Delfts Blauw delved into the world of wildflowers to design this collection, copying each flower in detail and putting them on vases, wall plates and mugs.
Wildflowers are an important part of Dutch nature. A meadow full of wildflowers can consist of more than a hundred different kinds of flowers and they are indispensable for bees, butterflies and other insects that spread pollen. Many of these wildflowers also have medicinal properties and their strong roots keep the soil healthy.
The Wildbloemen collection was created to showcase the beauty and diversity of Dutch meadows. The result is a colorful collection consisting of ceramic wall plates, vases in the shape of a milk churn and cute tea mugs.
