Denby is introducing two new collections at Exclusively – the London-based trade show which opens today (Tuesday).
First is Kiln Accents – a studio pottery inspired collection featuring versatile shapes, unique glaze effects with layers of pattern and texture. Kiln Accents is available in new shades of Rust, Ochre, Slate and Taupe all of which mix seamlessly with Denby Kiln
Kiln’s artisan, hand-crafted consciously made pieces are available in functional rice bowls, small plates and small or medium pots. Part of the Kiln Collection is the new ridged shape mug, launched in 2022, it is now one of our most popular shaped mugs and is also available in the Accent shades. Available singly or presented in premium recyclable gift boxes in multiples of 2 mugs or 4 bowls or plates, all are oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe. Kiln Accents also features a beautiful hand-crafted Large Ochre Bottle and Small Rust Barrel Vase which epitomise Denby’s expertise in unique glaze effects and are boxed for perfect gift ideas.
Also launching at Exclusively is Arc Grey Porcelain, a new soft toned colourway in Denby’s Arc Porcelain collection. This textured coloured porcelain features a transparent glaze over a clean white body, revealing a stunning ‘arc’ self-pattern.
Available in Arc Grey are a mug, different size plates and bowls to create a stand-alone pattern which also blends seamlessly with Denby’s new botanical Constance Porcelain design.
Last year Denby commenced a new phase in its long and rich history with the launch of its first ever handcrafted Porcelain Collection which draws on expertise honed over 200 years by the pottery’s skilled artisans at its home in Derbyshire.
This new porcelain production facility within Denby Pottery has resulted in a new additional portfolio of designs that have a more refined feel than Denby’s iconic stoneware. However, Denby Porcelain shares the same attributes including versatility, durability and beautiful designs which are made to last. Each piece is dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and oven-safe (up to 250°C).
Available in Denby Porcelain are Classic White, Arc Blue, Arc White and the patterned Modern Deco with its geometric bold forms, Denby Stars and new Constance all featuring Denby’s unique glazing techniques in jewel-like finishes.
