New sculpture piece
To mark the year anniversary of its founder’s passing – Carrol Boyes has introduced a new centerpiece.
First sculpted by the artist in 2018, All Dressed Up is a remarkable piece of craftsmanship in glass and cast aluminum – ideal for fruit, flowers or even a layered dessert.
Interestingly, it is one of Carrol’s few sculptures where the figure is clothed, the flares of the dress providing a practical solution to the gravity-defying pose. Caught in movement, she presents her offering to the world.
