United Tables by Zwiesel has launched its online portal. At www.united-tables.com, restaurateurs can get an overview of current food trends, get inspiration and advice, and at the same time also have the option of searching directly for high-quality and functional tabletop products.
“Gastronomy today is no longer just about the food alone. Guests want an overall experience that includes the interior, the ingredients used and the presentation of the food,” knows Birgit Dubberke, head of marketing at United Tables. United Tables therefore does not serve ready-made solutions: “We sound out and present current food and gastro trends and develop interesting table settings for them,” Dubberke explains the United Tables approach. This offers hoteliers, restaurant managers, chefs and buyers fast and uncomplicated access to a finely sorted complete range of glassware, china and cutlery.
The portal is based on the concept of “curated commerce”. The focus here is not on the sale of individual pro- ducts, but on the harmonious combination of matching tabletop products to create an overall concept or trend.
