The British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA) is to hold another of its popular retailer networking webinars, this time with Marks & Spencer. The event will take place on Wednesday 24 November at 10.30 am, and the speaker will be Heidi Woodhouse, director Home & Furniture.

In addition to an overview of the company’s history and developments over recent times, the focus will be on the opportunities for suppliers across home improvement and home enhancement.

The iconic M&S positions itself as a British value-for-money retailer focused on own label businesses, including food, clothing and home in the UK and internationally. A ‘family’ of businesses it sells high-quality, good-value own-brand products from 1,509 stores and over 100 websites globally, serving nearly 30 million customers each year.

While this is a BHETA member-only event, non-members who would like to attend can contact Keeley Vernon, BHETA’s sector manager for DIY and garden on 07398 840418, or Seema Grantham, BHETA’s sector manager for housewares and small domestic appliances on 07946 078566.

Chief Operating Officer of BHETA, Will Jones commented, “I’m delighted that BHETA can secure opportunities for members to network with key retailers like M&S. This will be a unique insight into its approach to home products and as such a great opportunity for BHETA members.”
