Hospitality will adapt, says Valda Goodfellow

The hospitality industry will adapt to change, says Valda Goodfellow of G&G Goodfellow. Speaking in her column for Tableware International, the HoReCa specialist says opportunities do lie in the aftermath of  Covid-19.

“As a result of our discussions with customers, we have been trying to come up with solutions to pre-empt some of the enforced changes that this virus has created,” Valda writes.
