Peugeot introduces Northern Lights, a new colour direction inspired by the shifting tones of the northern sky. The collection introduces two calming shades, Celestial Blue and Fern Green, applied across Peugeot’s mills, ceramics and wine accessories to create a coordinated look from kitchen to table.
The colours take their cue from Boreal landscapes, soft greens and blues that sit comfortably alongside natural materials and contemporary interiors. Rather than launching a single product line, Peugeot has applied the palette across several categories, allowing pieces to be
mixed and matched across the table. At the centre of the collection is the Bistro mill, one of Peugeot’s most recognisable designs. Compact, tactile and instantly familiar, the mill traces its roots to the classic grinders found on café tables across France. For Northern Lights, the 10 cm beechwood mills appear in a new palette including Fern Green, Rock Grey, Celestial Blue and Hazelnut, alongside complementary shades for salt mills such as Sage Green, Pebble Grey, Feather White and Petal Rose.
Alongside the new colours, Peugeot continues to introduce its Zirlion salt mechanism across the range. Developed after several years of engineering research, the mechanism uses high performance zirconia ceramic designed to withstand salt while delivering an exceptionally consistent grind.
The Northern Lights palette also extends beyond mills. Peugeot’s ceramic oven dishes and the Frizz wine and champagne cooler adopt the same tones, creating a collection that moves naturally from preparation to serving.

The Northern Lights collection will launch in Summer 2026.
