Rosenthal has a new head of global marketing and communications.
Sandra Viertauer took up the role on 1 July 2022 and is responsible for one of the most important areas of the renowned porcelain manufacturer. Her task is to align marketing and communications with a stronger digital focus and to set the course for successful brand management in the future.
The 44-year-old has 20 years of experience in communications and marketing in various industries, most recently as head of global communication at premium brand manufacturer Leica Camera in Wetzlar, where she successfully built up the online marketing and communications department and strengthened it within the company.
Prior to that, the sports enthusiast from Austria worked on the agency side for lifestyle and sports brands such as Red Bull, Braun, Odlo and Salewa.
In her role, Sandra Viertauer reports directly to Rosenthal CEO Mads Ryder, who is delighted to have a proven digital marketing expert and passionate leader on board: “In Sandra Viertauer, we have been able to attract a highly experienced and committed personality to head up marketing at Rosenthal. She will continuously develop the positioning and digital communication strategy for our brands and intensively drive our global marketing.”
